Description
Glass Bottom Games makes absurdly cozy games about animals doing people things. You'll wander around on cool foggy nights, make friends with detective cats, and meet tiny birbs trying their best to skateboard.
History
Jones On FireJones On Fire began its life at BlazeJam 2012 (http://www.develop-online.net/news/blaze-jam-supports-wildfire-victims/0112405). When it became clear that the game had legs, Megan ran with it, and turned it into a complete project over the next 8 months. She brought on Folmer Kelly to handle the promotional/2D art, Michael Nielsen handed the chiptunes (including "Kitty Wub Wub" from the trailer), and Nathan Madsen handled the sounds and additional music.
Hot Tin RoofHot Tin Roof began shortly after the release of Jones On Fire, as an entry for #1GameAMonth. Inspired by the game Receiver, we started by modeling a full revolver (at the time Receiver only had automatics), and then we threw in a boxy fedora, and suddenly we knew what we were making. The game evolved over the next few months, we showed it at PAX Prime 2013, and had a successful Kickstarter (http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/meganfox/hot-tin-roof-the-cat-that-wore-a-fedora). It released in 2015, and later became part of the gigantic Freedom Bundle. That bundle remains the largest-grossing indie Humble Bundle of all time, and it went to excellent charities.
Spartan FistSpartan Fist is a first-person punching roguelite, all about visceral action without the viscera. Everything is ramped to the nines, and nothing is realistic. We want pure, guttural punching action that doesn't leave you feeling bad about it. Maybe now's not the time for another grimdark realistic violence game. But, folks still want, need, to smash some dudes. That's what this is. That's what it's for.
